The food & beverage manager at the Derrick asked me to make three different mockups of a new design for the main menu. While the old menu was a three-columned black and white design, he requested colour matching the menu to the brand and changing the layout to a more dynamic one easier for reading and adding future edits. A digital version one was expected, as the restaurant at the Derrick had a café attached to it with TV screen menus.
